The goal was to transform a plastic garden chair – something we associate with unsustainability and waste – into something long lasting and treasured. We reflected on what makes a certain piece of furniture a design classic and incorporated those aspects into the shape of ''Altea'', the garden chair.
Boasting an elegant and majestic stance with lines that create a constant flow, the two materials engage with each other and envelop the shape seamlessly.
